Uber - Request a ride experienced consistent weekly downloads throughout Q4 2021, starting at 243 at the end of September and peaking at 350 in mid-December. The app maintained a steady download rate, with minor fluctuations, ending the quarter with around 270 downloads per week.
Careem – rides, food & more showed a more volatile download trend. The app started strong with 143 downloads in the first week of October, saw a peak of 157 the following week, but then experienced a significant dip to 62 downloads by the end of November. Despite the fluctuations, the app managed to end the quarter with 97 downloads in the last week of December.
Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver had a relatively stable download trend over the quarter. Starting with 102 downloads in late September, it saw a slight increase to 118 by mid-November, maintaining an average of around 100 downloads per week through the end of December.
inDrive. Save on city rides also exhibited stability in its weekly downloads. The app consistently recorded around 85 to 91 downloads per week, with minor dips and peaks, finishing the quarter with 91 downloads in the last week of December.
Careem Captain had lower download numbers compared to others but showed a consistent trend. Starting with 44 downloads in late September, the app peaked at 48 downloads in mid-November before seeing a dip to 25 downloads in early December. It concluded the quarter with 35 downloads in the final week.
